At ModRetro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired electronics, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ModRetro account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original box along with all manuals and cables, ensuring the device is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it clearly to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
